NEW DELHI: On the official website ssc.nic.in, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the exam dates for SSC GD constable.
The Constable (GD) exam will be held from November 16 to December 15, 2021, according to the exam dates provided by SSC. The SSC GD Constable exam will be held online in a computer-based format in 2021. The SSC has issued an official announcement on its website, ssc.nic.in, confirming this.
On July 17, 2021, the SSC issued the online application form for SSC GD Constable 2021. The deadline to submit an application was August 31, 2021, however the exam dates were not announced until later.

What is the SSC GD Constable exam?
The GD Constable exam is held by the SSC to recruit qualified candidates for the positions of Constable and Rifleman (General Duty). Candidates will be shortlisted for the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), National Investigation Agency (NIA), and Secretariat Security Force, all of which are under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) (SSF).
The SSC GD Constable requires a minimum of a 10th grade education to be eligible. Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 23. SSC announced 22424 GD Constable openings for male applicants and 2847 GD Constable vacancies for female candidates.
SSC has also announced the exam dates for the SSC Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level 2019 skill test, SSC Sub-Inspector 2020 paper 2 and SSC Stenographer 2020 computer based examination, in addition to the GD Constable 2021 exam dates.
